Orders and payment
Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information and use only payment methods you are authorized to use. You must have the legal capacity to place an order or the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian. Available payment methods and the total payable are displayed at checkout. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order; it does not resolve stock availability or an identified pricing error.
If an item is unavailable, an address cannot legally be served, or an order contains an error or reasonably suspected fraud, we will contact you or cancel the affected order and refund payments for goods we do not supply. We will not substitute a materially different product or increase an agreed price without your agreement.
Prices and charges
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Advertised prices include mandatory non-governmental charges other than permitted reasonable shipping charges. Applicable taxes, shipping, and any optional extras you select are identified before you pay. Promotions have the eligibility, quantity, and expiry conditions stated with the offer. Price changes apply prospectively and do not automatically change a completed order.
Living plants and product descriptions
Living plants vary in appearance, growth, shape, and size. Photographs illustrate the offering; the individual listing identifies the variety, approximate size, quantity, included accessories, and any relevant treatment or color enhancement. Natural variation does not excuse sending a damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed item. Ornamental plants and decorative accessories are not sold as food or for medical use. Follow the care and safety information supplied with the product.
Shipping, cancellations, and returns
We serve the contiguous 48 United States, subject to applicable agricultural restrictions. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Product-specific terms and shipping and return terms disclosed before your purchase also apply. If we cannot ship within the promised period, we will provide the choices and refunds required by applicable law. Carrier estimates are estimates unless a delivery guarantee is expressly offered. A carrier scan does not eliminate your rights concerning nondelivery, damage, or an incorrect item.
Website use and content
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout or security, submit fraudulent transactions, or upload unlawful content. Website photographs, branding, and text may be protected by intellectual property rights. Obtain the appropriate permission before reproducing protected material. Nothing in these terms excludes any warranty, remedy, liability, or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded. California law governs these terms to the extent permitted by law, without depriving you of mandatory protections that apply where you live. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or a restriction on lawful consumer reviews.
